Reservation & Confirmation
To confirm your booking with Nomad Trails Morocco, a deposit is required. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with all travel details, including your itinerary, services, and pricing. Your booking is only confirmed after the deposit is received.
Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival or at the start of your tour. Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash (as agreed in advance).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change.
- More than 15 days before arrival: deposit refundable (minus transaction fees)
- Less than 15 days before arrival: deposit non-refundable
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations: full amount may be charged
Changes & Modifications
You can request changes to your booking (dates, itinerary, services) depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may result in price adjustments.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers have valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Responsibility & Liability
Nomad Trails Morocco acts as a tour organizer and transportation provider. We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs.
Accommodation & Services
Accommodation and services are provided as agreed in your itinerary. In rare cases, we reserve the right to replace hotels or services with similar or higher-quality alternatives.
Driver & Guide Services
Our drivers and guides are experienced professionals. We ask all travelers to respect local customs, follow safety instructions, and maintain respectful behavior during the trip.
